Maps Credit Union is excited to announce that we are expanding our service footprint for our members with the addition of the brand new Wilsonville Branch! We seek an Assistant Branch Manager I to help lead a dedicated team of banking professionals with a passion for serving the Wilsonville community. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Model and instill leadership and accountability in the branch.
- Effectively address and resolve members' questions and concerns while uncovering needs.
- Assist in the oversight of the development of branch employees and act as a role model.
- Seek opportunities to grow the branch through business development in a new market.
- Ensure branch compliance with security and branch control policies and procedures.
- Step into any role in the branch as needed.
*Please note: The Wilsonville Branch is scheduled to open in mid-October 2025. For those selected to move forward after initial screening, a panel interview for this position will occur in September.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Minimum of 2 years in the financial industry in the following positions with demonstrated progressive responsibilities: Teller, Financial Services, and Lending.
- A minimum of 1 year in a lead role.
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Demonstrated experience developing longer-term professional relationships with proven results.
- Experience identifying opportunities and making introductions to internal and external strategic partners.
Starting Pay Range: $33.00 - $36.69 per hour, depending on experience. Opportunities to earn incentives for meeting assigned goals.
*Due to this position starting before the branch opens, we will guarantee an incentive of $1,500 after successful completion of the first 90 days of employment.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, business hours. Must be available to work rotating Saturdays.
