## Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team at CJs Hand Car Wash.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
## Responsibilities
-Assist every customer with choosing the correct package to clean their vehicle
-Be very friendly and provide a great environment for our customers
- Assist the team in daily operations and management of the car wash
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking activities
- Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and set competitive prices
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions and resolve any customer issues
- Collaborate with the Car Wash crew on outside needs.
- Perform administrative tasks such as emails and data entry.
## Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a car wash
- Strong sales management skills with the ability to drive revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in retail math for pricing strategies and profit optimization
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a busy setting

Pay: From $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
