Megeredchian Law is a personal injury law firm located in Burbank, CA. We specialize in car accident cases and are seeking a qualified applicant to join our Pre-Litigation Department as a Assistant Case Manager. If have experience with personal injury law and want to work in a dynamic, energetic atmosphere with a highly motivated team and supportive leadership, this position is for you! While a background in personal injury law is required, we provide full training for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough interviews with clients to gather relevant information and assess their needs.
- Develop and implement individualized case management plans tailored to each client's situation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes and records in CASEpeer.
- Monitor case progress and make adjustments to plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Coordinate and schedule medical appointments for clients.
- Manage property damage claims from initiation to resolution.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a personal injury law firm with like responsibilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Familiarity with legal case management systems such as CASEpeer or Filevine is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication with clients and colleagues.
- Strong knowledge of personal injury law and medical terminology.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
