Assistant Community Association Manager Expectations
- As an Assistant Community Association Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining positive relationships with Association Boards and members.
- You will use your communication expertise, responsiveness and accurate messaging to keep both team members and customers informed.
- You will have opportunity to participate in Community events and to combine your professional and personal networks.
- With your keen financial acumen, you will learn to review financials, the responsibility of explaining improvement projects.
- Administrative tasks such as site inspections, scheduling, and service requests are a critical part of the role and you will be providing accuracy and customer service.
- We will lean on you to maintain records and work order tracking as you are energized and driven to exceed your targets each month.
- This position is not just a job; it's a chance to grow within the company. Over time, you could assume more responsibilities, potentially leading to a Manager position.
Assistant Community Association Manager Skills and Experience
We're flexible on the number of years of previous experience for this role. We highly favor talent, interest, and drive to continue to improve a company’s culture. - 2+ years of experience working with Associations, Boards or similar industry
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong proficiency in Office 365
- Experience working with programs Sharepoint and/or Cinc is a plus
- Light accounting, financial review knowledge is a bonus
- Interest to obtain your CMCA
