Your Impact as Assistant Director
You'll partner with the Center Director to orchestrate daily operations while fostering a culture of excellence that serves children, families, and staff. Your leadership will encompass strategic enrollment planning, budget management, staff development, and ensuring compliance with all educational standards. You'll conduct school tours, build community relationships, and create an environment where every team member thrives.
We're Looking for Leaders Who Bring:
Educational Leadership Excellence
- Associate Degree in education, school leadership, or related field with relevant ECE experience (higher education in the field preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in early childhood education
- Fluency in both English and Spanish - bilingual proficiency required
- Supervisory experience preferred with talent management skills
- Enrollment in the Central Background Registry (CBR) is required
Operational & Strategic Skills
- Financial understanding of budget management and revenue generation experience preferred
- Technology proficiency, including current Google Suite and MS Office applications
- Compliance expertise with federal, state, and inspection and accreditation standards
- Physical capability to engage actively in school operations (lifting up to 40 lbs)
