Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Decorator to join our team. The ideal candidate MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN BALLOON DESIGNS. This role involves transforming spaces for various events, ensuring that each setting reflects the client's vision while adhering to budget constraints.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the head designer to understand clients vision and requirements for events, including banquets and other gatherings.
- Develop design concepts and layouts that align with client expectations
- Maintain an organized inventory of decorations and supplies, ensuring everything is in good condition and readily available for upcoming events.
Requirements
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH DESIGNING BALLOONS
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Flexibility to adapt designs based on client feedback or changing circumstances during events.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
