Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Events Assistant to support our Events Team in planning and executing client-facing experiences. This position offers hands-on exposure to the event coordination process, from logistics and vendor management to onsite support.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and preparation of in-person and experiential events
- Help coordinate event logistics such as venue setup, catering, materials, and transportation
- Prepare and pack event materials, supplies, and signage
- Support onsite execution of events, including check-in, guest support, and vendor coordination
- Maintain organized records of event timelines, checklists, and vendor contacts
- Assist with post-event wrap-up tasks such as inventory management and documentation
- Conduct research on venues, vendors, and industry trends as needed
Skills
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of the following skills:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working occasional evenings and weekends for events
- Interest in events, hospitality, public relations, or client services

Pay: $22.63 - $27.25 per hour
