Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance & repairs to facilities, fixtures, and equipment
- Assist in developing and updating maintenance/service logs
- Prepare venue for events according to design setup chosen by the client configuration, - Perform routine exterior maintenance and
- Routine pest control
- Waste management
- Stock and replenish cleaning and maintenance supplies
- Develop and maintain procedures and protocols to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in facility or property management or general construction required
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members, supervisors, and contractors
