Overview
South Riding is seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Golf Professional to join our team. Applicant must be willing to work weekdays and weekends with a mix of morning and afternoon shifts. Must work well with others, have strong customer service skills, highly energetic, be able to do light lifting, be a team player, and multitask.
Duties
- Execute daily opening and closing procedures, including point-of-sale reconciliation and reporting
- Assist with management of outside operations staff, ensuring quality service and efficiency
- Monitor and maintain golf operation assets such as carts, range equipment, and practice facilities
- Support the planning and execution of tournaments, member events, and daily play
- Contribute to merchandising efforts, including inventory, display, and retail sales
- Deliver outstanding customer service in all interactions with members and guests
Experience
An ideal candidate will have a solid golf background of both playing and working at golf facility.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
