We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our culinary team. Duties
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Help manage inventory by restocking supplies and reporting shortages to the kitchen manager.
- Participate in training sessions to develop skills in food service management and kitchen operations.
- Support leadership by following instructions from chefs and providing assistance during peak service times.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
