Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Principal to join our educational leadership team. Duties
- Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs that meet the needs of all students.
- Provide leadership in supervising and evaluating teaching staff to ensure high-quality instruction.
- Collaborate with teachers to enhance classroom practices and promote innovative teaching strategies.
- Engage with students to support their academic and social development, addressing their needs effectively.
- Participate in fundraising activities to support school initiatives and programs.
- Contribute to strategic planning efforts that align with the school's vision and goals.
- Conduct public speaking engagements to represent the school at community events and meetings.
- Support senior leadership in administrative tasks, including policy development and implementation.
Experience
- Proven experience in education administration essential.
- Strong background in supervising staff and managing classroom environments effectively.
- Experience working directly with students in an educational setting is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability in fundraising initiatives and community engagement efforts.
- Excellent public speaking skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- A track record of strategic planning within an educational context is preferred.
