Responsible for assessing, investigating and analyzing the performance of commercial and residential building envelopes, façades, roofs and site elements related to their effect on the building's performance as a whole, designing remediation plans, additions and alterations, and creating remediation plans and documents for obtaining permits, in accordance with city, client, and company specifications as it relates to surrounding site conditions related to the overall aspect of building construction. Supervise contractors and staff for the completion of project activities (field and office) and prepares summary documentation (reports, correspondence, verbal communication) to present results of investigations. Perform comprehensive structural designs calculations and documents, from schematic phase to permit.
Assisting Senior Project Managers with oversight of the investigation, analysis, and examination of the performance of a building as it relates to the structural elements, building envelope (façade and roof) and surrounding site conditions related to the overall aspect of building construction and their affect on the building's performance as a whole. Review the ongoing work (reports, correspondence, calculations, drawings, etc.) of staff for the completion of project activities (field and office).
