About the Role
iCRYO SouthPark is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team and help lead our high-end wellness center to success! As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the center and providing exemplary service to our guests. You must have a passion for health and wellness, as well as a preferred background in sales.
Your primary duties will include assisting the Center Manager in leading and motivating the team, overseeing the sales process and systems, monitoring the hiring, training and scheduling of all iCRYO staff, developing and maintaining relationships with community businesses, understanding and interpreting Business Intelligence (KPI’s), ensuring that the center is always clean and to EBR standards,and providing effective decision-making regarding guest service issues. You will also be responsible for assisting in recruiting and onboarding all new staff, developing a high-energy culture, and timely responding and following through with all iCRYO corporate/owner requests.
The ideal candidate for this role must possess excellent leadership and management skills, as well as strong sales, customer service, and communication skills. You must also have the ability to work a flexibleschedule, including evenings and/or weekends. Previous experience in the fitness, wellness, retail, or franchise management fields is preferred.
Additionally, you must have the ability to multi-task, manage guest and staff concerns, be a self-starter, and have a strong work ethic and professional demeanor. An associate degree in business or a related field of experience is preferred but not required and experience using Microsoft Office and Apple Products is also required.
