Position Summary:
We’re looking for an Assistant Site Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and support daily operations, lead shifts, and motivate a growing team. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining quality, safety, and service—while helping us build a culture of excellence and positivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily site operations, including opening and closing
- Supervise, coach, and motivate team members
- Help train new employees and support ongoing development
- Monitor tunnel and equipment; report any issues or downtime
- Sell memberships and promote great service to every customer
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe site at all times
- Step in as acting manager when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a supervisory role (car wash, retail, or food service a plus)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Friendly, proactive attitude and a team-first mindset
- Able to work outdoors and on your feet in all weather
- Available to work weekends and flexible shifts
- Sales oriented mindset with a focus on growing membership base
