- Tommy Car Wash is searching for a Wash Technician/Maintenance for our car wash in Waite Park, MN, who has a very strong background in maintenance.
- We are looking for that associate who is initiative-taking, customer oriented, team player and who is looking for an opportunity to grow with our company. This position has the opportunity to lead the night team and become the one of the lead maintenance leaders for our closing team.
- This individual must have maintenance experience and can bring motivation to a team of associates, have a customer service back ground and willing to adapt to a business with growth potential. The night team needs a strong leader who can direct the team and gets things done.
- Maintenance background with at least 3 years experience.
- The main duty of this night shift leader is to motivate, lead and accomplish the work that needs to be done and get the team excited to strive for excellence.
Main hours for this position will to be flexible in hours worked - Opening/Closing, weekends, holidays and flexible in schedule. If you have maintenance experience and are willing to take the lead in this role, we are looking for you.

Wash Technician
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area, maintain the wash
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to the team and be a strong leader
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives, and strive for excellence
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in maintenance
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and lead by example
