Who you are:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree and three years of experience leading a team in Assisted Living, Memory Care of Health Center setting
- Must possess a current active, unencumbered Assisted Living Administrator license in the state of Oregon
- Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated
- Must have the skills to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment
- Must possess effective interpersonal communication skills, as well as the ability to deal tactfully and pleasantly with residents, families, staff, community resources, visitors, and general public
- Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to communicate and present in person, in writing, and on the telephone effectively with both large and small groups in English
- Must have a valid driver’s license
Essential Job Duties:
- Manage and supervise the overall operations of the Assisted Living and Memory Care facilities
- Plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures that are necessary for providing quality care and maintaining a sound operation
- Assures that all residents receive care in a manner and in an environment that maintains or enhances their quality of life without infringing upon the safety and rights of others
- Reviews and ensures that all resident concerns are addressed timely
- Responsible for risk management functions including addressing risk-related issues
- Participates on campus leadership team
