Assistant Manager - Two Maids
**Location:** Northern Atlanta Region
**Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (1 hour lunch)
**Type:** Full-time, In-person
**Compensation:** $15.00 - $17.00 per hour + bonus opportunities

We're passionate about our partnership with "Cleaning For a Reason," providing free cleanings to people undergoing cancer treatment, as well as “The Finley Project” cleaning for mothers with a loss of an infant.
Position Summary
Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, cost control, employee retention, customer satisfaction and cleaning quality. The ideal candidate will be a fun, hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks with attention to detail and strong organizational skills. The individual in this position will report to the Operations Manager of the offices.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
Personnel Management
- Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs
- Oversee and administer all personnel decisions; including hiring, firing, disciplinary and motivational tasks
- Directly involved in all training activities; including New Hire Orientation and field work inside a client's home
Customer Service & Sales
- Provide high level customer service and oversee customer satisfaction throughout the Office Location
- Provide direct sales support via telephone, email and face to face interactions
- Perform in-home quotes and quality checks in the field
Administrative Operations
- Provide scheduling and customer relations management (CRM) using Two Maids software package
- Report, distribute and monitor all Team Member compensation
- Submit weekly payroll in a timely manner
- Collect, receive and deposit personal checks, cash and/or credit card payments
- Prepare Kits and equipments for cleaning teams each morning so that they get dispatched on time
Equipment & Supply Management
- Monitor and manage cleaning equipment/supplies and office equipment/supplies
- Inventory management to ensure stock is replenished, and manage orders to prevent shortages of all necessary equipment, products, and supplies.
Community & Office Management
- Provide on the ground marketing support involving direct contact with the local community
- Maintain and ensure office cleanliness
Job Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be available from 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday (1 hour lunch)
- Must have a valid driver's license and car insurance (minimum liability)
- Must have a neat, safe and well maintained automobile
- Must possess high school diploma or higher
- Must satisfactorily complete a nationwide criminal background check
Skills & Competencies
- Must have basic knowledge in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Have clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Must possess basic math skills related to bank deposits and payroll management
- Must have a good work ethic and enjoy talking to people
- Must be able to communicate clearly, efficiently and have the ability to motivate a team
- Must have a positive, respectful, and professional attitude at all times
