Downtown Los Angeles boutique business law firm with litigation, transactional, and regulatory compliance practice seeking litigation and transactional attorneys with 1-5 years experience. Excellent research, writing, and communication skills are favored.
Candidates must be able to manage matters independently while keeping partners apprised of developments and deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Manage caseload involving litigation and transactional matters
- Draft and review motions, pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents
- Draft and review contracts, including vendor contracts and purchase and sale agreements
- Conduct legal research and analysis regarding compliance and to support case strategies and approaches
- Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and other court appearances
- Collaborate with partners and associates on case, transaction, and client matters
- Ensure compliance with court deadlines and requirements
- Conduct due diligence on business and real estate transactions
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed with the California State Bar
- Minimum one (1) year of relevant experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong legal research, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Salary starting at $120,000
