Position
We are seeking an attorney with at least one year of relevant experience to join our growing practice.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, guardianships, adoption, and child support
- Prepare legal documents, conduct discovery, and manage case files
- Advocate for clients in court and mediation settings
- Provide clear, compassionate counsel to clients throughout their cases
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Oklahoma
- Minimum one year of experience in family law preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and case management abilities

Afterword
Eric Kroier and Aaron Kroier had the pleasure of working on family law and civil litigation under Elton Jenkins Law, PLLC for a few years before we all decided to re-organize the practice. The goal was to allow the practice to flourish and grow and so, in March 2025, Kroier Law, PLLC was organized to begin practice once more in Norman, Oklahoma. Since then, we have continued to grow, adding another attorney to our team and taking on more clients. We have reached a point where we will benefit from bringing another attorney on so that we can continue our growth and increase the quality of service.
We believe that attorneys should be well-supported by capable paralegals and given ample opportunity to seek advice from their attorney colleagues. We believe that case loads should be sustainable long-term and that there should be enough time in the working week to provide a proper amount of attention to clients. We envision that the attorney hired will have a great deal of flexibility in personal scheduling as long as they are meeting their appointments and court dates. We expect that the attorney will bill 25-30 hours a week, depending on experience.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
