```Job Overview```
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in civil litigation cases. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney to showcase their expertise and make a significant impact in the field of law.
```Responsibilities```
- Litigate civil cases from inception to resolution
- Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis-Nexis, and other resources
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution methods
- Prepare for and represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other proceedings
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and provide legal advice
- Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation
```Qualifications```
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the state where the position is located
- Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and laws
- Proficient in legal research using Westlaw, Lexis-Nexis, and other platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
