- Supports the refinement and implementation of the clinical workflows, day to day procedures, and policies of the Restoration Center Program.
- Works with Human Resources to recruit and hire key staff roles from managers to front line, direct care staff.
- Assists the ED in creating a positive and cohesive atmosphere that lends itself to the operation of the Restoration Center as a system of care that is highly accessible and responsive to constituents, as well as providing a positive work environment for staff.
- Serves as liaison as needed with Vinfen's administrative functions including Human Resources, quality, compliance and IT.
- Maintains compliance on all internal quality and external licensing, certification and accreditation standards and regulations, as well as program specific policies and procedures.
- Participates in and directs quality improvement initiatives to promote clinical and administrative best practices, working closely with the Quality Department to ensure Key Performance Indicators and metrics are identified and reported on as part of the agency CQI plan.
- Represents Vinfen in professional, trade, regulatory, and funding source organizations; participates in committees, meetings, and other activities, as requested.

Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in social work, psychology, nursing, addiction counseling or mental health. A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in progressively responsible roles in human services, behavioral health, SUD, criminal justice, and/or health care preferably in acute behavioral health, addiction and mental health services, of which at least 2-3 years have been in a supervisory capacity.- Able to effectively and professionally communicate with staff, colleagues, and outside parties in both written and spoken communication; possess excellent writing skills; able to work in a professional and confidential capacity.
- Able to function independently and as part of a team and balance multiple competing priorities; able to make independent judgments and decisions.
- Experience with hiring managers, supervisors and front-line staff.
- Demonstrated expertise in building and overseeing behavioral health clinical programs.
- Clinical experience managing services, including mental health and SUD, and populations with significant medical, social, and behavioral health complexity.
- Success in developing and managing high performing teams and building a culture of inclusion and diversity.
- Sensitivity to cultural, religious, racial, disability, and gender issues.
- Able to provide effective leadership and act as a role model and mentor for the team; experienced in use of organizational, strategic, and collaborative practices to implement changes.
- Understands local, state, and federal compliance and regulatory standards and how to implement those standards in the Restoration Center service setting.
