We are currently seeking Licensed Cosmetologists in Tennessee to join our Associate Program—a one-on-one, hands-on experience where you’ll be mentored by a seasoned stylist, refine your technical skills, and learn how to deliver luxury with heart.
What You’ll Do:
- Show up with enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a hunger to learn
- Support your mentor stylist by staying on top of their daily needs and expectations
- Maintain a clean, professional space—this includes laundry, sweeping, dishes, and sanitation
- Shampoo, rinse, and prep clients using targeted treatments and conditioning
- Practice modern coloring techniques like balayage, foilyage, highlights, and precision cutting
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and remember their preferences
- Sanitize and prep stations with consistency and care
- Share product knowledge and services confidently and in line with salon guidelines
- Hone your styling skills—round brushing, flat ironing, curling, and finishing
- Be prepared to stand for long periods and work weekends as needed
- Maintain flexibility, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Must have a valid Cosmetology License in the state of Tennessee
