Position: Front Desk Associate
Location: Durango, CO
Job Type: Part-Time (with potential for Full-Time)
Shifts: Morning, evening, and weekend availability required
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests with a warm and professional attitude
- Check members in/out and handle daily administrative tasks
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist with membership sign-ups
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front lobby area
- Assist with retail sales, class sign-ups, and member account updates
- Support the team with light cleaning and restocking duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Previous experience in customer service or a fitness-related setting is a plus!
