Mandamus Attorney (EB1A & Immigration Delay Specialist)
Position Type: Project-Based (Flat Fee per Case)
Compensation: Negotiable flat rate per case
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Active US Bar License
- 3+ Filed Mandamus Cases (Specific experience with EB1A/I-140 delays/I-485 is a huge plus)
- Deep Knowledge of USCIS Backlogs (Especially for Premium Processing delays, RFE limbo, or "security check" purgatory)
- Solo Practitioners Only – Direct collaboration, no firms
Your Role:
- Draft & file targeted mandamus complaints (APA violations, unreasonable delay arguments)
- Focus on EB1A (I-140), I-485, and related delays (NVC, DS-5535, etc.)
- Negotiate with AUSAs for pre-settlement approvals
- Provide clients with clear litigation timelines
