We are hiring a Associate Manager, Partnership Marketing, a bold, imaginative, curious team member to help reshape the future our iconic brands – The Children’s Place and Gymboree. We’re looking for a creative connector to lead the charge on brand partnerships and licensed product storytelling. In this role, you’ll bring strategic collabs to life—from marketing concept to execution—building buzz, driving relevance, and delivering business impact. You’ll work across teams to make sure every drop feels seamless, exciting, and uniquely us.
Responsibilities:
Key Accountabilities:
Campaign Execution
- Support the Sr. Manager in developing 360 marketing plans across partnerships and collaborations
- Draft creative briefs for social, PR, influencer, and content teams
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and key cross-functional meetings
- Help manage approvals and partner asset submissions across internal teams
PR, Social & Influencer Support
- Assist in building PR plans and identifying press opportunities for licensed and collab collections
- Work with influencer team on outreach lists and product seeding coordination
- Partner with social team to develop and schedule organic content tied to partnership moments
Project Management & Reporting
- Track campaign performance and compile wrap reports with insights and learnings
- Manage campaign calendars and maintain shared trackers to keep all stakeholders aligned
- Assist with presentation building for internal updates and external partner recaps
Qualifications:
- Experience : 2-4 years in marketing, with significant experience in Partnership or collab marketing, influencer and PR, or integrated marketing in DTC and Lifestyle industries.
- Education : A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required; an MBA is often preferred.
- Skills :
- Strong project management skills and high attention to detail
- Solid understanding of how different marketing channels work together
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Resourceful, proactive, and eager to learn
- A passion for pop culture, product, and storytelling
