The US Agency team works with some of the largest Ad Agencies across all categories. They are responsible for enabling advertising on the platform and connecting users with brands.
We have established a new function within the Agency team to accelerate TikTok’s integration into video-centric media strategies. This new role is part of a dedicated function within the Agency team, including Streaming, Connected TV (CTV), and traditional television. This position is uniquely designed to engage directly with agency video planners and buyers, influencing a distinct investment landscape with its KPIs, buying methodologies, and decision-makers.
As a Video Agency Partnership Manager at TikTok, you will play a critical role in strengthening our relationships with media agencies and driving the adoption of TikTok's video advertising solutions. Focused on building deep partnerships with video investment teams, your mission is to position TikTok as an essential platform within agency video planning and elevate our presence among premium video offerings such as Connected TV (CTV) and streaming platforms.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you will leverage your agency expertise and understanding of video advertising to influence investment strategies and drive meaningful revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth for TikTok by developing strategic partnerships with media agencies focused on Connected TV (CTV), digital and streaming video, serving as a consultative and trusted partner to align investment strategies and buying objectives with TikTok’s video solutions to maximize adoption and spend.
- Manage and grow relationships with key media agencies and holding companies, with a focus on video investment teams.
- Build trust and drive preference for TikTok as a core video partner through a value-driven and insights-led approach.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and client success, to deliver educational initiatives, thought leadership, and tailored solutions for agency partners.
- Stay informed on industry trends, client needs, and competitive developments to inform go-to-market strategies and optimize agency engagement.
