Position Overview
We are hiring three Entry-Level Print Technicians to join our production team. No prior print experience is needed—we provide paid, on-the-job training. This is a great opportunity for anyone with a high school diploma who’s eager to build a career in a stable, tech-forward industry.
What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor digital printing equipment
- Perform quality checks to ensure finished books meet standards
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
- Learn and follow established safety and operating procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation to Tecumseh, MI facility
