We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Screen Printing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality printed materials using various screen printing techniques. Responsibilities
- Set up and operate screen printing equipment to produce designs on various materials.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and ensure their vision is accurately represented.
- Prepare screens for printing by applying emulsion and exposing them to light.
- Mix inks and maintain color consistency throughout the production process.
- Conduct quality checks on printed materials to ensure they meet company standards.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the printing process, making adjustments as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is properly cared for.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continually improve skills and output.
Requirements
- Proficiency in digital design software such as Corel Draw, Adobe After Effects, Maya, HTML, and CSS is preferred.
- Experience or knowledge in 3D animation, visual design, fashion design, interior design, or photography is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio showcasing previous screen printing or relevant design work is highly desirable.
