Join our dynamic team as a key contributor to client project milestone management, content delivery and operational excellence. This role offers a diverse mix of responsibilities across project milestone management, content publishing, client support, and internal collaboration—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. This position plays a pivotal role in supporting client deliverables, various operations tasks, and quality assurance across multiple platforms and teams. A primary focus will be to oversee project milestones in Financial Force. You will ensure data is entered correctly and that project milestones are met within scope. The remaining focus will be to support both internal and external (clients) stakeholders with client deliverables, content posting and various tasks/projects.
- Project Milestone Management in Financial Force
- Analyse project parameters, and contract terms with extreme attention to detail to ensure client deliverables are met per contract terms.
- Lead collaboration with internal stakeholders to review and align on client projects as needed to ensure internal and external client queries are fully resolved in a timely fashion with a high level of satisfaction.
- Creation, management and delivery of custom client data deliverables
- Content publication through various internal platforms to external websites
- Adapt to Emerging Priorities by taking on new tasks and projects as they arise, contributing to cross-functional initiatives and supporting evolving business needs with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
About the team
This position is a part of a broader Production Services team. We support a wide range of operational, publishing, and client-facing activities that contribute directly to product delivery, client satisfaction, and internal efficiency. Team members collaborate across departments, including Sales, Research, I.T. , Data, Sales, Marketing & Strategy, and Client Services—to manage content creation, ensure quality control, fulfill client requests, and support internal systems and workflows.
The Production Services team adapts to shifting priorities and take on new tasks and projects as they arise. The team is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple platforms. The team possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and thrive in environments that demand multitasking, problem-solving, and a balance of process discipline with results-driven execution.
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $67,800.00 - $98,400.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
