Position Title
Associate Registrar (Andover Campus)
Job Duties
Butler Community College is seeking an Associate Registrar. The Associate Registrar (Andover) is responsible to the Registrar for the overall management and supervision of processes and personnel at the Andover campus, and will commute to the El Dorado campus for meetings, etc. as requested/required. Additional responsibilities include the overall supervision of the processing, maintenance, and analysis of all Butler Community College hours earned as well as all incoming transfer hours, military credit, and non-traditional credit. This position has the primary responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of DegreeWorks, Butler’s automated degree audit program, as it relates to the entire institution.

D. Attention to details and accuracy a must.
E. Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Access, as well as relational database (Banner).
F. Must be able to work independently, with minimum supervision.
G. Ability to interpret and enforce catalog requirements as they relate to degree audit program.
H. Ability to communicate with Butler employees at all levels.
I. Ability to manage personnel and processes.
B. Knowledge of higher education processes and procedures.

B. Minimum 2 years experience in office procedures, including personnel supervision.
C. Minimum 2 years experience dealing directly with the public.
D. Minimum 2 years experience with PC’s and relational database.
E. Experience with Banner and DegreeWorks preferred.

Required educational background
