Associate Talent Acquisition Partner - Interim
Job description
We are seeking an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner for a 6-month contract to help shape the future of Pandora by attracting and hiring exceptional talent across our Global Office functions.
As part of our Global Office Talent Acquisition partnering team, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for professional and manager-level roles, partnering closely with hiring managers, candidates, and colleagues to deliver a seamless and engaging hiring experience. You will build strong recruitment foundations while contributing to Pandora's ambition of attracting talented people who will help bring our brand and business strategy to life.

Core accountabilities
1. Stakeholder partnership and service
- Partner with hiring managers on clearly scoped recruitment activity and building understanding of role requirements, selection criteria and expected timelines.
- Provide clear process and pipeline updates, set realistic expectations and communicate potential delays early.
- Apply approved guidance, templates and working practices consistently.
- Seek coaching and escalate complex, sensitive, senior or non-standard situations appropriately.
2. End-to-end recruitment delivery
- Deliver routine and lower-complexity recruitment assignments, typically up to Manager level, with progressively broader ownership as capability develops.
- Participate in or independently conduct intake discussions for standard roles and confirm requirements, process stages and decision criteria.
- Prepare accurate and inclusive job advertisements and manage internal and external vacancy posting.
- Review applications, conduct initial screening and lead structured interviews within the agreed scope.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, feedback, standard offer activity and candidate communication, while maintaining accurate system records.
3. Sourcing and pipeline support
- Conduct candidate searches via LinkedIn and sourcing techniques against defined criteria.
- Support talent mapping and pipeline building for selected priorities and more complex assignments.
- Share relevant candidate leads and sourcing observations across GOTA.
- Develop confidence in selecting sourcing strategies for different role types and market conditions.
4. Assessment, judgement and escalation
- Apply structured interview questions and approved assessment criteria consistently.
- Exercise sound judgement regarding when to act independently and when to seek support.
5. Capability development and team contribution
- Build broad end-to-end Talent Acquisition capability through coaching, observation, cross-training and progressively broader responsibility.
- Seek and apply feedback from experienced colleagues and progress against agreed development priorities.
- Support senior colleagues with sourcing, market mapping, coordination and pipeline activity.
- Contribute to team coverage, reporting, campaigns, events and agreed improvement initiatives.
- Share candidate leads, sourcing findings and practical observations that support One Team delivery.
Job requirement
You bring relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, or Talent Coordination, with a proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. You have an understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate assessment practices, along with experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably SuccessFactors. You demonstrate strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills, combined with a data-driven mindset, attention to detail, and a commitment to process excellence. You are able to prioritize effectively, navigate competing demands, and bring a proactive, curious, and customer-focused approach, with a genuine passion for talent acquisition and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
