About the Role
This position is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing the online merchandising and marketing programs for our PB Teen Canada website in a fast-paced environment. They will identify and implement marketing strategies across various channels, and manage product ranking, site presentation, navigational hierarchies, and seasonal product launches.
Responsibilities
- Drive site optimization activities in collaboration with Manager and offshore operations team
- Provide assortment insights/recommendations and manage site execution for launch strategy
- Work with merchant team on pricing related activities and ensure price accuracy on-site including Promotions, Markdowns, MSRP
- Maintain daily promotional assortment strategy to adhere to all promotional requirements, qualifiers, and exceptions
- Own daily communication and task execution requests for site updates
- Partner with offshore operations team to ensure accurate DTC merchandising is maintained daily against inventory availability, product categorization and market relevance to provide the best customer experience and inventory readiness
- Report on weekly insights and recap on top product demand highlighting DTC assortment opportunities for the merchant team
- Oversee digital marketing execution leveraging emails and social media (strategic content selection to launch)
Criteria
Bachelor’s degree plus 2-4 years in retail e-commerce
Strong understanding of internet-based consumer behavior, direct marketing principles and eCommerce practices
Proven track record of developing and implementing online initiatives
Highly agile and organized – able to pivot with changes in direction to support business needs
Demonstrate strong business ownership, works well independently and self-motivated
Strong analytical skills: ability to think objectively, use data to make decisions and solve problems
Proven ability to make timely decisions, anticipate problems and provide creative solutions
Able to build constructive and effective relationships with a broad group of business partners
Strong communication skills
Intermediate Excel skills (working knowledge with pivot tables and v-lookups)
This role requires being onsite in the (provide office location) office Monday through Thursday and Friday as optional in the office

The expected starting pay range for this position is $80,000-$85,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
