As a part of our expansion, we are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our customer service and sales team as an AT&T Fiber Customer Service Representative. The AT&T Fiber Customer Service Representative is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves working with people.
When you join our sales team as an AT&T Fiber Customer Service Representative, you will be the main point of contact for our customers. Your responsibility will be building lasting relationships with customers, generating new sales leads, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. The AT&T Fiber Customer Service representative offers complete training and mentorship to ensure your success in the role and advancement within the company.
Responsibilities of the AT&T Fiber Customer Service Representative:
- Meet with current and potential customers within an assigned territory, to promote products and services that meet their individual needs, assisting throughout the sales process
- Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers by actively listening and offering top-tier customer service
- Consistently able to meet and exceed sales goals set for the AT&T Fiber Customer Service Representatives
- Address customers' inquiries and concerns with professionalism, and offer personalized solutions, ensuring their satisfaction
- Work directly with the sales team and other AT&T Fiber Customer Service Representatives to ensure a seamless customer enrollment process, refine sales strategies, and build customer loyalty
- Keep detailed records of all sales transactions and customer interactions to monitor the company's growth
- Stay up to date on all products, promotions, and services to effectively assist customers in the best solutions for their needs
- Attend trainings with other AT&T Fiber Customer Service Representatives to continually build sales and leadership skills, working towards management positions
Qualifications of the AT&T Fiber Customer Service Representative:
- Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet goals individually and as part of a team
- Ability to work Monday-Saturday and evenings as needed
