Job Summary
Seeking individuals experienced with hot attic work, general construction, and basic climbing.
Duties
- Safely navigate hot, precarious, tight spaces. Fear of small spaces? Don‘t apply.
- Customer communication & education, communicate about the process.
- Drive a 20 ft Box truck safely, avoiding tree branches overhead and other hazards.
- Wear a full, skin tight mask, beards don't allow a seal but may be acceptable to you.
- Crawling Is OFTEN needed through truss and framing without stepping on drywall below. .
- "Swim" through their current insulation to reveal cracks, crevices, penetrations, and air cavities by moving it aside and revealing the issues on the attic floor.
- Blow insulation in the attic floor using various materials such as fiberglass, foam, or cellulose.
- Document work with photos.
- Very basic framing and construction skills required.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and guidelines.
Experience Needed
- Using masks, hand tools, power tools, or similar construction experience.
- Experience in an attic.
- Experience safely working in the heat.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a 3-4 person team.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship. We do not cut any corners.
- Customer service skills needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $3,000-$4,500 per month $20-$25 Per Hr.
