THE FIRM SEEKS AN ATTORNEY TO DRAFT COMMON ESTATE PLANNING DOCUMENTS FOR ITS CLIENTS AND TO POTENTIALLY GUIDE CLIENTS THROUGH THE ESTATE PROBATING PROCESS. Compensation offers will depend on skill-sets, experience, and other factors.
-Current South Carolina license to practice law (active status) is required for all applicants
- Preference may be given for experience working South Carolina matters
- Preference may be given to candidates located in the Grand Strand of South Carolina. The firm currently operates three offfices in that region.
- Previous experience as an estate planning attorney is preferred
