Description
This role supports our busy Service Center and is ideal for someone with experience coordinating service in a technical environment. If you’re organized, tech-savvy, and proactive in managing service tickets and technician schedules, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Dispatch & Schedule: Coordinate AV service technicians based on customer needs and ticket urgency.
- Manage Service Requests: Open, update, and complete work orders; process customer invoices; handle vendor warranty claims.
- Inventory Coordination: Track and request parts and materials for timely job completion.
- Customer Support: Act as the go-to contact for service issues; triage client needs with professionalism and urgency.
- Administrative Excellence: Juggle multiple tasks while maintaining accurate records and clear communication.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
AV or tech service dispatch experience, or similar coordination in a fast-paced technical setting.
Solid understanding of audiovisual equipment, service workflows, or support processes.
Strong customer service background with a focus on issue resolution and clear communication.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office, 10-key, and service software/CRM platforms.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and composure.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with AV integration, broadcast systems, or field service environments.
- Experience working with vendors, warranty claims, or technical service escalations.

In a typical office setting, the employee will communicate and engage with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental conditions. Although the role mainly takes place indoors, there might be occasional exposure to outdoor elements such as heat, cold and environmental elements.
