Auto Assistant Service Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Auto Assistant Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the service department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Service Manager in managing the service department's operations
- Oversee service appointments and manage customer inquiries
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of service orders
- Monitor service staff performance and provide training as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized customer service area
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Prepare reports on service department performance and customer feedback
- Assist in our mobile service and pick-up and delivery department.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an automotive service environment preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
- Proficient in using service management software and tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Strong customer satisfaction skills are a must and ensure all of the touch points are made from start to finish.
