Job Summary:
McLaughlin Motors Body Shop is seeking a skilled and motivated Auto Body Refinish Technician to join our growing collision repair team. If you take pride in your work and value a clean, professional environment with steady workflow, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Prep, mask, and refinish vehicles to OEM and industry standards
- Mix and match paint accurately using waterborne and solvent-based systems
- Perform sanding, priming, sealing, and refinishing as required
- Ensure a flawless finish and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Work collaboratively with production staff to meet repair timelines
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a refinish technician (preferred)
- Knowledge of automotive painting tools and equipment
- Familiar with waterborne paint systems
- I-CAR or OEM certifications are a plus
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
