Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced closer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and fostering relationships with clients. You must also be comfortable working your own deal and TO-ing to your managers. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for retail sales, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience, but also have the humility to be a team player and have the willingness to learn and improve daily.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Utilize effective negotiation techniques to close sales and meet targets
- Maintain knowledge of product offerings and market trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers
- Manage inventory control and assist with merchandising efforts to enhance store presentation
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring adherence to cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, pricing strategies, and promotional activities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, inventory levels, and customer interactions
- Be comfortable in a store by yourself knowing your work ethic and values keep you highly effective and self disciplined.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in auto sales or a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader client base
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail math for accurate transaction processing
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail in inventory management and bookkeeping tasks
- Leadership experience is desirable
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and promotional techniques to drive sales growth
