Duties
- Engage with customers both in-person and over the phone to understand their automotive needs.
- Utilize excellent phone etiquette to conduct outbound sales calls and follow up with potential clients.
- Provide detailed information about vehicles, features, and financing options.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized inventory management system to keep track of available vehicles.
- Collaborate with the dealership team to develop marketing strategies that attract new customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to assist a diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to outbound sales and marketing efforts.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: $76,622.00 - $85,292.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
