This position involves proactive outreach to potential clients, managing leads through the sales pipeline, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Duties
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers to generate interest and schedule appointments.
- Engage with customers via various channels to provide information about products and services.
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates on lead status.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Document all interactions with customers in the CRM system for accurate record-keeping.
Skills
- Excellent customer service abilities, with a focus on building relationships.
- Experience in a dealership environment is preferred.
- Proven track record in BDC Sales.
- Familiarity with managing a sales pipeline to track leads effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring follow-ups are completed efficiently.
