Duties and responsibilities include:
Answer customer calls on service options and schedule appointments
Welcome customers and open repair orders
Communicate with technicians on service repairs, parts and alternatives to expensive repairs
Update the customer of changes in service and when their vehicle is ready for pick up
Submit warranty claims for payment
Invoice and collect payment from customers for services rendered
Perform post service follow up and routine maintenance scheduling
Requirements and skills include:
2 years dealership experience as a Customer Service Representative or Service Advisor
1 year experience submitting warranty claims
Proficiency with computer software
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational, decision-making and problem-solving skills
Clean and valid driver’s license – no tickets or accidents
