Work Hours
- This is a full-time position
- 5 Days a week 8:00 am-5:30 pm
- Saturdays are required
Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls, assisting customers with automotive questions, and scheduling.
- Building customer relationships by listening to customers and providing solutions accurately and promptly
- Describe our packages and warranties confidently as the best in the automotive industry, and close appointments with customers
- Participate in required training
- Keeping non-public customer information confidential.
- Maintaining detailed customer records.
- Other duties as assigned
What You Bring to Brakes 4 Less
- High School Diploma
- Computer proficiency
- Strong listening skills when conversing with customers
- Passionate about Brakes 4 Less and your work
- Customer service experience with the ability to converse and connect with customers
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Works well with different personalities in the workplace and is a strong communicator
