Job Overview:
The associate will be responsible for cleaning and refurbishing vehicles to the highest standards using our established processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, wax, polish, and detail new as well as older vehicles to a high standard, both interior and exterior
- Maintain a clean, debris-free, organized work environment to enhance dealer experience and safety.
- Utilize buffing and polishing techniques to restore vehicle paintwork
- Maintain proper function of all service tools and equipment
- Drive vehicles to and from designated areas within the facility
- Inspect finished products to ensure the highest quality service
- Understand and deliver on specific customer requirements
- Maintain excellent standards and quality of service to represent the organization positively

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or car wash is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to deliver high-quality results
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining precision and accuracy
- Excellent customer service and teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with other team members
- Knowledge of various cleaning products, tools, and techniques used in automotive detailing
- Willingness to follow established procedures for maintenance and equipment operations
