Sansone Jr's Keyport KIA is currently seeking to employ Automotive KIA-Hyundai Technicians for its new, state-of-the-art facility in Keyport, NJ. Our automotive service department is experiencing growth, and we are looking for qualified auto technicians to serve our clientele. Applicants must possess prior KIA or Hyundai service technician experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute work specified on repair orders efficiently and in accordance with dealership policy.
- Conduct test drives of vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, and other relevant systems.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of any additional services required and provide an estimated timeframe for additional repairs.
- Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Possession of relevant certifications and prior experience at an automotive dealership or repair shop.
- Demonstrated strong teamwork skills.
- Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance.
Note: Hyundai Certified Technicians are required to accept a Fast Track KIA Training Program.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $40.00 per hour
