Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries regarding automotive parts and services.
- Utilize the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions accurately.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is maintained and organized effectively.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Assist in the sales process by promoting products and services that meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with automotive repair technicians and dealership staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards at all times.
- Stay updated on market trends and new products in the automotive industry.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or dealership environment is preferred.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse customer base.
- Knowledge of automotive repair and vehicle maintenance is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in inventory management.
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell products effectively.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
