Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles and a proven track record in sales, particularly in high-end or B2B environments. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their buying experience. The Car Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and follow-ups.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer relationships, and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about vehicles to prospective buyers.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer’s purchase experience.
- Maintain knowledge of inventory management and control to provide accurate information on vehicle availability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that attract new customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Utilize strong communication skills to present information clearly and effectively during public speaking engagements or presentations.
- Manage dealership experience by maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in automobile or retail sales environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on high-end sales techniques.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes is advantageous.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for communicating with diverse clientele.
- Proficient in using CRM software for managing customer interactions and sales data.
- Experience in inventory management and retail math is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective customer interactions.
- Experience in public speaking is beneficial for presenting vehicles and promotions to potential buyers.

Pay: $68,280.12 - $82,229.81 per year
