Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles while implementing our dealership's proven sales process.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and industry certifications to provide quality information about features, specifications, and pricing of vehicles
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure smooth transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation skills
- Flexibility to work extended hours as per scheduled shifts, if needed
- Valid driver's license
