Position Summary
As a Floor Attendant at Liberty Collective, you are the face of our space — welcoming, engaging, and attentive. You’ll help maintain an inviting and functional environment, ensure the space remains clean and organized, and assist guests or members with questions or needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist members, guests, and visitors warmly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public and shared areas
- Monitor inventory of supplies and notify management when restocking is needed
- Assist with setting up and breaking down spaces for events or activities
- Ensure all safety and hygiene protocols are followed
- Support team members with various tasks as needed
- Report any issues, damages, or unusual activity to management promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or facility support preferred
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
