Summary
As an Automotive Service Advisor at Stellar Auto Repair, you will be the key point of contact for our customers, guiding them through their vehicle service needs. Located in a friendly environment, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experience while contributing to our mission of providing top-notch automotive services.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication regarding service needs.
- Assess customer concerns and provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services.
- Promote additional services through effective upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining quality standards.
- Stay informed about new products, services, and promotions to effectively advise customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Sales experience with a track record of successful upselling is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
